![]() The reason for this is that some of the best stax pieces are artifacts. I'd still include the best ones, like FoW, but I wouldn't overly rely on them. The obvious choice, given you have blue, of including counterspells is ONE option. How are we going to disrupt the game plan others might have. Add to that a signficant number of other rocks (Mana Crypt/Mana Vault/thran Dynamo/Amber Mox/Mox Opal/Chrome Mox) and you have a decent package of artifacts already. Retrofitter foundry, Mimic Vat, Unwinding clock, Izzet signet, sol ring and prototype portal I like. From the precon, there already are some good artifacts that should stick. In this case that will be artifact synergy with saheeli's second +1. Ok, since you want to go as competitive as possible, here's my take on Saheeli from that perspective.įirst, I look for obvious synergy. I already closed some pods by burning several players as once with it. ![]() Jayas Immolating Inferno is a great removal or finisher that is just awesome with Saheeli as she is an enabler for the legendary sorcery limitation and also allows you to cast it for an amazing high X. It's a similar card to ] in effect, but somehow better for practical use. Especially worth mention after a Saheeli Ult: Get Tokens, Attsck with them, sac the rest to get cool artifacts instead. Indomotable Creativity is a flexible card that can either break up some of the enemies combo pieces or cheat out some neat creatures and artifacts in exchange for thooters and other tokens. I also added a ] and ] which were two awesome additions. Can also give back a command sphere or hedron archive to enable a solid draw engine. A ] gives some neat graveyard recursion which is great when trading thopters for better stuff. Saheeli lacks reliable draw and Jhoira is just a perfect card to balance it out.
